TumorPlus 263 is a complete, ready-to-use medium tailored for cultivating and expanding cancer cells (tumor cells). TumorPlus 263 comes with an optimized mixture of trace elements and selected serum components. Furthermore, it is equipped with synthetic iron-binding molecules to facilitate the transport of iron ions into the cell.
TumorPlus 263 is based on a modified formulation of RPMI 1640 and is supplemented with L-Glutamine and a balanced mixture of trace elements and protein fractions from soybeans.
