It is used to cultivate numerous suspension and adherent cells, including HeLa, HEK 293, BHK-21, HEP-2, HT-1080, MCF-7, fibroblasts, and primary rat astrocytes. This Alpha MEM modification is supplemented with Nucleosides and comes without L-Glutamine.
