Online ordering


You need an account on our website to purchase products. Add products to the shopping cart and provide shipping and billing addresses when you check out. After verifying your provided information, you will receive a final email order confirmation with the expected delivery date. Create an account to make it easier and faster to place your next order.


When you intend to purchase our products online more than once, it is easier to create an account.
Next time you buy online, just log in and quickly finish your order. In addition, when you create an account, you can see the special prices for your lab and access your order history for quick reordering.


To show you the correct prices and process your orders correctly, we have to link your online account to an account in our customer database. It may take up to 24 hours (on workdays) after registration. We will notify you by email once arranged. Create an account using this link. 


When you purchase via our webshop, you will see only the administration & handling fee when you check out. We show dry ice and dangerous goods fees in the final order confirmation you receive by email because this is item-specific.

Delivery


We have 2 types of products:

  • We deliver stock-keeping products within 2 days
  • Products on back-order have a delivery time of 1-6 weeks to ensure the shelf life or guarantee the newest equipment.

If we receive your order before 15.00h, we ship the same day if the product is in stock. After 15.00h delivery takes two workdays. We do not ship cold items on Friday to prevent thawing during shipment.

We deliver our complete product range to The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. We supply our Westburg branded products, such as: AmpliStar, TripleA, and SafeStore to other European countries and the Middle East.

All our offers and agreements are governed by the general delivery conditions as issued by the Vereniging FHI (Federation Het Instrument), filed with the Chamber of Commerce of Gooi-, Eem- and Flevoland under the number 40507574. Products, pricing and fees


No worries, everything works well. We don't show the prices of all items due to the complexity of the product. We want to understand your needs and wishes to make the best product and price fit. Place a request on the product page or contact your account manager. 

No, the product prices you see on our website exclude VAT (BTW).

We may add an administration & shipping fee depending on the total order value and the country to which we ship the products. In addition, dry ice or dangerous goods fees may apply to specific products.
