DreamTaq Green DNA Polymerase - 5 x 500 U
Learn how to use this product DreamTaq Green DNA Polymerase combines the DreamTaq DNA polymerase and 10X DreamTaq Green Buffer. The 10X DreamTaq Green Buffer includes a density reagent and two tracking dyes to load your PCR product directly on your gel, allowing you to perform high-throughput PCR. The colored buffer does not interfere with PCR performance and is compatible with downstream applications such as DNA sequencing, ligation, and restriction digestion.

The buffer includes a blue and a yellow dye. The blue dye migrates with 3-5 kb DNA fragments in a 1% agarose gel, and the yellow dye migrates faster than 10 bp DNA fragments in a 1% agarose gel.

DreamTaq Green DNA Polymerase features
With the DreamTaq Green DNA polymerase, you can amplify genomic DNA fragments of up to 6 kb and viral DNA fragments of up to 20 kb. The polymerase incorporates modified nucleotides and does not incorporate dUTP. This product ensures high sensitivity, even with long PCR products and higher yields than conventional standard polymerases.
