Thermo Scientific's Thermo-Fast 96 PCR Plate, non-skirted (25), is a 96-well plate for PCR and qPCR applications. The non-skirted format is compatible with most thermal cyclers and with standard multichannel pipettes. An H1 cut corner provides plate orientation, while the clear well bottoms allow direct sample visibility. Each well holds up to 0.3 mL when the plate is used with adhesive or heat seals. The plate can be sealed with Thermo-Mat products, adhesive films and foils, heat seals, or flat and domed cap strips. Black alphanumeric lettering is available for well identification. The product is supplied as 25 plates. Its 96-well arrangement, non-skirted construction, 0.3 mL maximum sealed well volume and range of stated sealing options provide a defined format for PCR and real-time PCR in compatible instruments. The transparent well-bottom design and available black lettering address visibility and well identification while preserving the specified non-skirted plate format.
