FlashGel RNA Cassette 1.2% agarose, 12+1 s.row - 9gels is a FlashGel® RNA cassette optimized for RNA analysis on the FlashGel® System. The 1.2% agarose cassette supports analysis of RNA sample integrity, including verification and analysis of total RNA, quick checks of native RNA and assessment of RNA degradation or mRNA purity. The cassette fully encloses the gel, stain and running buffer, helping protect samples from contaminating RNases. Separation is completed in under 8 minutes, with RNA samples ready for imaging within 10-20 minutes. The cassette specifications list an optimal separation range of 0.5 kb to 9 kb, a 5 μL well volume, a 70 mm × 84 mm × 2 mm gel size and a 115 mm × 107 mm × 17 mm cassette size. This 12+1 single-row format is supplied as 9 gels for use with the FlashGel® Dock.
