TPP TubeSpin® Bioreactors offer great benefits for optimizing suspension cell culture parameters.
The small culture volumes required allow you to evaluate many different parameters in parallel.The suspension cells are cultured in shakers. The screw caps contain openings above a 0.22 µm sterile PTFE membrane to allow sterile supply of oxygen. Openings can be sealed to optimize gas exchange.
The shape of the TubeSpin vessels allows cells to be harvested directly in the tubes. Transfer is not required.
