SimplyLoad Tandem DNA Ladder 1each is a ready-to-load DNA ladder supplied at loading concentration for direct application to the gel. The ladder is provided in TE Buffer and 1X Ficoll sample loading buffer containing Bromophenol blue and Xylene cyanol FF, so no separate preparation step is needed before loading.
Each band has 50% G-C content, supporting rapid and precise sizing with sharp resolution. The ladder is free from contaminating plasmid DNA, helping to minimize background during gel analysis.
