Pro293s Medium, for suspension cells, with Pluronic, FFM, 1L is a chemically defined, serum-free medium for 293 cells grown in suspension culture. It is optimised to support high-density growth and recombinant protein production in 293 neonatal kidney cells.
The medium is chemically defined to support regulatory compliance and downstream protein purification. It contains very low levels of recombinant human insulin and is free of animal-origin components. Pro293s Medium does not contain L-glutamine or phenol red, while Pluronic F-68 is present at 0.1%.
