Thermo Scientific's Phusion Flash High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use 2X mix supplied for 100 × 20 µL reactions. It supports short PCR protocols with low- and high-complexity DNA templates at 15 seconds per kilobase or less, while maintaining fidelity and yield. The formulation uses Phusion Flash II DNA Polymerase, derived from Phusion Hot Start II.
