Thermo Scientific's Phire Reaction Buffer, Detergent-free is a 5X reaction buffer designed for Phire Hot Start II DNA Polymerase. Supplied as four 1.5 mL tubes, it provides the non-colored, detergent-free format within the Phire Reaction Buffer range. Phire Reaction Buffer is available in three formats: a standard non-colored version containing detergents, a non-colored detergent-free version and a green version. The green formulation contains a density reagent and two tracking dyes for direct loading of PCR products onto a gel. The colored buffer is described as not interfering with enzyme performance. Across the range, Phire Reaction Buffer is compatible with downstream applications such as DNA sequencing, ligation and restriction digestion. This product specifically supplies the detergent-free, non-colored 5X formulation in four 1.5 mL tubes.
