Is OD600 too high? Use DiluCell™ cuvettes with a 0.5 or 1 mm light path instead of 1 cm. This results in a virtual 10- or 20-fold dilution. DiluCells™ only requires 100 or 200 μl samples. Use this option for automatic dilution.
