Goat Serum is obtained from normal, healthy donor goats and, after processing, undergoes strict quality control. It is a blocking solution used to reduce non-specific binding in antibody-based assays and is a good alternative to fetal bovine serum (FBS).
Further applications of Goat Serum include autologous cell culture systems and immunohistological methods.
