FlashGel visualization Glasses, 1pc are used with the FlashGel® Recovery System to enable viewing of DNA bands during recovery. They support direct observation of DNA as it is being recovered from the FlashGel® recovery workflow.
The FlashGel® Recovery System enables samples to be loaded, bands to be viewed during migration and recovered material to be collected in a simple 5-10 minute protocol. Direct DNA recovery eliminates agarose gel preparation, band excision and purification.
As DNA migrates to the second tier of wells, it is free from the agarose matrix and can be extracted with the aid of FlashGel® Recovery Buffer. The workflow supports recovery free from inhibitors and UV-induced damage.
