FlashGel Recovery Kit provides the cassettes and accessories needed to begin recovering samples with FlashGel® Recovery Cassettes. The workflow enables samples to be loaded, bands to be monitored during migration and recovered samples to be collected in as little as 5 minutes.
Direct DNA recovery with the FlashGel® Recovery Kit eliminates agarose gel preparation, band excision and purification. As DNA migrates to the second tier of wells, it is free from the agarose matrix and can be extracted by pipette with the aid of FlashGel® Recovery Buffer.
The recovery system delivers samples free from inhibitors and UV-induced damage in a simple 5-10 minute protocol. Recovered samples are ready for subsequent re-amplification, cloning or other techniques without additional purification steps.
