FlashGel Quant Ladder 100bp (3ng) -1.5kb (30ng), 250ul (50 applications) is a ready-to-use DNA marker for FlashGel workflows. It provides both size estimation and quantity estimation, with bands at 100 bp, 250 bp, 400 bp, 800 bp, and 1500 bp.
The corresponding DNA amounts are 3 ng, 7.5 ng, 15 ng, 21 ng, and 30 ng. The ladder is designed to work with FlashGel DNA Cassettes and uses a 5 µl load volume per well, providing 50 applications.
Within the FlashGel System, samples can be loaded and band migration can be monitored, with data available in as little as 2 minutes. Separation, recovery, and documentation can be completed at the bench without UV light.
