Thermo Scientific's Finntip Flex Filter 10ul, Sterile, Rack (10x96) is a sterile filtered pipette tip that combines the ergonomic characteristics of a standard Finntip Flex tip with the protection of a filter tip. This version has a 10 µL format and is supplied in racks containing 10 × 96 tips. The tips are free from DNA, DNase and RNase.
The filter is made from an inert, nonsealing polyethylene matrix. It is designed to limit carryover contamination from both liquids and aerosols between the pipetter and the tip. This construction supports contamination control without relying on a sealing filter mechanism.
Finntip Flex Filter tips are suitable for PCR and for pipetting radioactive or infectious samples. The filtered format helps reduce the risk of cross-contamination while retaining the ergonomic design of the Finntip Flex range. The sterile presentation and stated purity characteristics make this 10 µL configuration suitable where clean, protected liquid transfer is required.
