The kit consists of a cryopreserved ampule of endothelial cells (CC-4176) ≥ 500,000 cells and EGM-2 BulletKit Growth Media 500 mL (CC-3156) for the culture of the bronchial epithelial cells. The SingleQuots, part of the BulletKit, include:
