Thermo Fisher's DreamTaq DNA Polymerase - 200 U is an enhanced Taq DNA polymerase optimized for standard PCR applications. The enzyme is designed to provide higher sensitivity, longer PCR products and higher yields than conventional Taq DNA polymerase.
DreamTaq DNA Polymerase uses the same reaction setup and cycling conditions as conventional Taq polymerase. This allows it to be introduced into established standard PCR protocols without extensive optimization of reaction conditions.
The enzyme is supplied with optimized DreamTaq Buffer. The buffer contains 20 mM MgCl₂, providing the specified magnesium component for reaction setup. The product format contains 200 U of DreamTaq DNA Polymerase.
