Isohelix BuccalFix DNA Stabilisation buffer is a specially formulated solution that instantly stabilizes DNA on buccal swabs. This allows for long-term storage at room temperature and enables the isolation of high yields of pure DNA from the stabilized buccal swabs. The kits have been fully optimized for use on buccal cell samples, which results in reduced handling times, increased DNA yields, and many other important technical benefits. They can be used in manual, 96-well, or other high-throughput formats.
