Thermo Fisher's Thermo's Work Station Stacking System is a platform for tube handling and reagent dispensing. Each workstation can hold one of several specified formats: 96 × 0.2 mL V-bottom tubes, 96 × 0.3 mL U-bottom Omnistrips, Thermo-Tube Plates, Thermo-Fast 96 Non-Skirted Plates, Thermo-Fast 96 Semi-Skirted Plates or 48 × 0.5 mL Thermo-Tubes.
Multiple workstations can be stacked securely, allowing the units to be arranged together when several tube or plate sets are being handled. The workstation format provides a defined support platform rather than a tube or plate consumable.
The pack contains ten workstation units. The units can be stored at temperatures down to −190°C. This combination of broad stated format accommodation, secure stacking and low-temperature storage provides a flexible physical platform for compatible tubes and plates.
Users can select the workstation arrangement that matches the listed vessel type, then stack multiple loaded or empty units as required for handling or storage.
