ToxiLight 100% Lysis Control Set - 10 ml is intended for use with the ToxiLight Non-destructive Cytotoxicity Assay. It provides a 100% lysis or total adenylate kinase control for cytotoxicity assay workflows.
The set contains 10 ml 100% Lysis Reagent and 50 ml Tris-Acetate Buffer, which is used for volume correction of sample wells. It is suitable for 200 tests in a 96-well format.
The reagent is added to control wells at a ratio of 1:2, using lysis reagent to sample volume. The remaining sample wells are volume corrected with Tris-Acetate Buffer and then incubated at room temperature for 10 minutes before continuing with the standard ToxiLight Assay protocol.
