Thermo Fisher's Thermo-Fast 384 PCR Plate Mark II (100) is a full-skirted 384-well PCR plate with a raised-chimney well design. Its increased well volume allows post-PCR procedures to be carried out directly in the wells, including enzymatic digestion and ethanol precipitation.
The tall-chimney geometry also provides capacity for sequencing and wash steps. Each well has a working volume of 40 µL, supporting workflows that require more volume than a standard 384-well PCR format.
The plate is suitable for PCR and qPCR applications and has a cut corner at A24. The product is supplied as 100 plates.
