SYBR Green II 10x50ul is a fluorescent nucleic acid stain supplied as a 10,000X concentrated solution in DMSO. SYBR Green stains detect DNA and RNA with higher sensitivity and lower mutagenicity than standard stains.
SYBR Green II detects 100 pg ssDNA and 2 ng RNA in agarose and polyacrylamide gels. It is suited for RNA gel electrophoresis and SSCP analysis.
This product is supplied in a 10 x 50 µl format and combines nucleic acid detection sensitivity with a concentrated DMSO-based formulation.
