SYBR Green I 2x500ul is a SYBR Green fluorescent dye for nucleic acid detection. The stain detects both DNA and RNA and is supplied in a 2 x 500 µl format.
Compared with standard stains, SYBR Green stains provide greater sensitivity and reduced mutagenicity. They also maintain an excellent signal-to-noise ratio with minimal background interference.
This product supports workflows where fluorescent DNA and RNA detection is required and where clean signal with limited background is important.
