SF Cell Line 4D-Nucleofector LV Kit XL is a kit for larger scale transfection of cell lines using the 4D-Nucleofector LV Unit. It works with the LV Nucleocuvette Cartridge format and supports a variable transfection volume of up to 20 mL. The cartridge is automatically filled and emptied with the supplied input and output reservoirs. Bags can also be used, and an optional second input allows separate feeding of mRNA to help avoid degradation. The kit is used with Solution SF as the optimal Nucleofector Solution. It is used with cell lines such as HEK293 suspension clones, CHO-S suspension clones, K-562 and U-937, with cell type-specific Optimized Protocols or recommendations available through the relevant instructions or knowledge database.
