SF Cell Line 4D-Nucleofector LV Kit L is a kit for larger scale transfection of cell lines when working with the 4D-Nucleofector LV Unit. It uses the 1 mL Nucleocuvette Cartridge format, which supports transfection of a fixed 1 mL volume. The cartridge is manually filled through a sterile injection port. The kit is used with Solution SF as the optimal Nucleofector Solution and has been determined to be optimal for cell lines such as HEK293 suspension clones, CHO-S suspension clones, K-562 and U-937. Cell type-specific Optimized Protocols or recommendations are available through the relevant instructions or knowledge database. These protocols indicate the Nucleofection conditions for the individual cell types.
