SeaKem ME Agarose 125g is a moderate EEO agarose for serum protein electrophoresis, immunoelectrophoresis (IEP) and occasional nucleic acid electrophoresis. It is positioned for applications where differentiation of the five major protein groups in an SPEP test is required.
The agarose has a standard melting temperature and a gel strength similar to SeaKem LE Agarose. This combination supports practical gel handling while maintaining the properties needed for the stated electrophoresis applications.
