SeaKem HEEO Agarose 25g is a very high EEO agarose for electrophoresis applications that require significant cathodal migration, including IEP of IgG and IgM.
The agarose can also be blended with a lower EEO agarose to achieve a specific EEO value. It has a standard melting temperature and gel strength similar to SeaKem LE Agarose, supporting use in applications where those handling properties are required.
The product is supplied in a 25g pack.
