SeaKem HE Agarose 125g is a high EEO agarose for protein electrophoresis applications including immunoelectrophoresis (IEP), crossed-IEP, counterimmunoelectrophoresis (CIEP) and serum protein electrophoresis.
The agarose provides enhanced resolution for these methods and supports differentiation of the five major protein groups in an SPEP test. It is also used where the very high resolution required for crossed-IEP is needed.
SeaKem HE Agarose has a standard melting temperature and gel strength similar to SeaKem LE Agarose. The product is supplied in a 125g pack.
