SE Cell Line 384-well-Nucleofector Kit is one of three kits for high-throughput transfection of cell lines when working with the 384-well HT Nucleofector System. It is used in the 384-well Nucleofector format and is available in variants for either 2 x 384 or 10 x 384 reactions. The kit has been determined to be optimal for a broad range of cell types, including 3T3-L1, BHK-21, CaCo-2, Cos-7, HeLa, Jurkat, MCF7, MDA-MB-231, MDCK, Panc-1, T-47D, U2OS and other cell lines. Cell type-specific Optimized Protocols or recommendations are available through the relevant instructions or knowledge database. These protocols indicate Nucleofection conditions and provide information for treatment of individual cell types.
