Reliant RNA Gel System 1XMOPS 20gels is a Reliant® precast RNA agarose gel for RNA electrophoresis applications. The gel is made with 1.25% SeaKem® Gold Agarose in 1X MOPS buffer and contains no denaturants. It is RNase-free and ready to use for applications such as Northern blotting and analysis of RNA transcripts. The minigel format helps simplify RNA gel preparation by providing a prepared agarose gel in a defined buffer system. This product is supplied as 20 minigels per box and uses a 20 wells configuration for RNA sample analysis. The combination of SeaKem® Gold Agarose and 1X MOPS buffer provides a consistent format for laboratories working with RNA samples where a ready-to-use precast gel is preferred.
