Reliant Gel System 4% 3:1 + TBE EtBr 24-w 20gels is a ready-to-use Reliant® precast agarose minigel for DNA electrophoresis. The gel is precision cast from NuSieve® 3:1 Plus Agarose at 4% concentration in TBE buffer, providing a convenient format for reproducible resolution of DNA fragments. It is used for PCR amplicons, restriction digest fragments and cloning-related analysis. This 24-well minigel is supplied without ethidium bromide stain and is packaged as 20 gels per box. The gel dimensions are 6 cm × 9.5 cm with a 5.5 mm thickness, a 6.8 cm × 10.2 cm tray and a 15 μL well volume. The separation range for this format is 8 bp to 1000 bp. The Reliant® format reduces the need for in-house gel preparation while keeping a defined gel concentration, buffer system and well layout available for routine DNA electrophoresis work.
