P3 Primary Cell 384-well-Nucleofector Kit is one of five kits for high-throughput transfection of primary cells when working with the 384-well HT Nucleofector System. It is available in variants for either 2 x 384 or 10 x 384 reactions. The kit has been determined to be optimal for many primary cell types, including human B cells, CD34+ cells, chondrocytes, dendritic cells, human H9 embryonic stem cells, hepatocytes, HMEC, keratinocytes, macrophages, monocytes, rat brain neurons, NHBE, RPE and T cells. Cell type-specific Optimized Protocols or recommendations are available through the relevant instructions or knowledge database. These protocols indicate Nucleofection conditions and provide information for treatment of individual cell types.
