P3 Primary Cell 4D-Nucleofector LV Kit XL is a kit for larger scale transfection of primary cells using the 4D-Nucleofector LV Unit. It works with the LV Nucleocuvette Cartridge format and supports variable transfection volumes of up to 20 mL. The cartridge is automatically filled and emptied with the supplied input and output reservoirs. Bags can also be used, and an optional second input enables separate feeding of mRNA to help avoid degradation. The kit is used with Solution P3 as the optimal Nucleofector Solution. It is used with primary cells such as human B cells, CD34+ cells, dendritic cells, H9 human embryonic stem cells, macrophages, monocytes and stimulated human T cells, with cell type-specific Optimized Protocols or recommendations available through the relevant instructions or knowledge database.
