P3 Primary Cell 4D-Nucleofector LV Kit L is a kit for larger scale transfection of primary cells when working with the 4D-Nucleofector LV Unit. It uses the 1 mL Nucleocuvette Cartridge format for transfection of a fixed 1 mL volume.
The cartridge is manually filled through a sterile injection port. The kit is used with Solution P3 as the optimal Nucleofector Solution and has been determined to be optimal for several primary cells, including human B cells, CD34+ cells, dendritic cells, H9 human embryonic stem cells, macrophages, monocytes and stimulated human T cells.
Cell type-specific Optimized Protocols or recommendations are available through the relevant instructions or knowledge database. These protocols provide Nucleofection conditions for the listed primary cell types.
