N2 Supplement is based on Bottenstein's N2 formulation and is a chemically defined, serum-free supplement for cell culture media. It is used for the growth of neuroblastomas and the survival and expression of post-mitotic neurons in primary cultures from the peripheral nervous system (PNS) and central nervous system (CNS).
N2 Supplement is provided as a 100x concentrate.
