Lat.PC Agar.M.gel 1% LE+,10x15cm,TBE/EtBr,40w 8pc is a ready-to-run Latitude® precast agarose gel for DNA fragment separation in TBE buffer. It is manufactured from Lonza molecular biology grade SeaKem® LE Plus Agarose and precision cast for reproducible resolution of DNA fragments.
This 1% format is prestained with 0.5 µg/ml ethidium bromide and has a separation range of 300 bp to 8 kb. The gel dimensions are 10 cm × 15 cm with a 6.0 mm thickness, a tray size of 10.4 cm × 15.6 cm and a well volume of 10 μL–12 μL.
The 40 wells configuration is packaged as 8 gels per box. Latitude® gels are stable for 6 to 12 months, depending on their concentration, and provide a ready format for DNA electrophoresis applications where precast TBE gels are preferred.
