IsoGel Agarose IEF Plates pH 7-11 6Pack provides a precast agarose plate format for isoelectric focusing of proteins up to 2,000 kDa with a pH 7-11 range. The plates are designed for antibody analysis and provide a convenient 125 × 100 mm gel size that fits most IEF chambers.
Each precast gel is supported on GelBond® Film to support handling and dimensional stability during post-IEF processing. After focusing, proteins can be transferred from the agarose gel to a membrane, stained in situ or detected by antibodies within 1 hour.
The plates are supplied in packages of six with instructions, providing a ready-to-use format for laboratories working with agarose IEF plate workflows.
