Designed for use with the InnuPure® C16 touch, this extraction kit supports a broad range of starting materials. Integrated carrier nucleic acids enable the use of an internal extraction control, helping to prevent false-negative results when combined with innuDETECT Internal Control kits.

The automated system processes up to 16 samples per run using pre-filled Reagent Strips or Plates. Viral nucleic acids are released through internal lysis, bound to magnetic and/or paramagnetic particles, washed, and subsequently eluted. Fully sealed reagent plastics effectively minimize the risk of cross-contamination between samples. Manual handling steps are reduced, thereby limiting user exposure to infectious material.

As an alternative to the standard pre-filled, sealed kits, cost-effective non-filled kit variants are available. These variants include all required reagents and plastics for nucleic acid extraction.
