GelBond PAG Film 0.2 mm 199 x 264 mm 50sheets is a GelBond® PAG polyester film for supporting polyacrylamide or MDE™ gels. The film is transparent and flexible, with a coating that allows acrylamide monomers to attach covalently during the polymerization reaction. This creates a stable gel support for electrophoresis workflows.
Once cast, the gel remains permanently attached to the film during electrophoresis and subsequent fixing, staining, destaining and drying procedures. The 199 × 264 mm sheet format provides a defined support size for gel handling, while the 50-sheet pack supports routine use with compatible polyacrylamide or MDE™ gel preparations.
