The 500 µl format supports 100 applications at 5 µl per well.

FlashGel DNA Marker 100bp - 3kb, 500ul (50 applications) is a FlashGel® DNA Marker optimized for use with the FlashGel® System, including double-tier format FlashGel® DNA Cassettes. It is provided in a ready-to-use format for DNA size reference during FlashGel® cassette runs. The marker covers 100 bp to 3 kb with band sizes of 100, 300, 500, 800, 1500 and 3000 bp. The recommended usage is 5 µl per well on FlashGel® Cassettes, with the supplied 500 µl volume providing 100 applications. Within the FlashGel® workflow, samples can be loaded and bands monitored as they migrate, with data available in as little as 2 minutes.
