Thermo Fisher's dNTP Mix 25 mM each - 5 x 1.0 mL contains dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP premixed in an aqueous solution, with each nucleotide at a final concentration of 25 mM. The product is supplied in a 5 x 1.0 mL format and reduces the number of individual pipetting steps required during reaction setup. Each nucleotide has greater than 99% purity, confirmed by HPLC, and is free of nuclease activity and human and E. coli DNA. The mix is stable through multiple freeze-thaw cycles when properly stored. Up to 95% of the nucleotides remain in triphosphate form after seven weeks at room temperature, and up to 90% remain after 30 PCR cycles consisting of one minute at 94°C and three minutes at 72°C. The formulation supports long-range PCR up to 40 kb, cDNA synthesis, PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR, high-fidelity PCR, DNA labelling, sequencing, LAMP, RDA and MDA. The five-vial pack provides five separate 1.0 mL portions of the same 25 mM-per-nucleotide formulation.
