Thermo Scientific's dNTP Mix 2 mM each - 1 mL contains dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP premixed in an aqueous solution, with each nucleotide present at a final concentration of 2 mM. The product is supplied in a 1 mL format and reduces the number of separate pipetting steps required during reaction setup. Each nucleotide has greater than 99% purity, confirmed by HPLC, and is free of nuclease activity and human and E. coli DNA. The mix retains long-term stability when properly stored, including through multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Up to 95% of the nucleotides remain in triphosphate form after seven weeks at room temperature, and up to 90% remain after 30 PCR cycles of one minute at 94°C followed by three minutes at 72°C. Applications include long-range PCR up to 40 kb, cDNA synthesis, PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR, high-fidelity PCR, DNA labelling, sequencing, LAMP, RDA and MDA. The 1 mL pack provides the four nucleotides at the stated equal concentration in a ready-mixed format.
