Thermo Scientific's dNTP Mix 10 mM each - 5 x 1.0 mL contains premixed aqueous solutions of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, with each nucleotide present at a final concentration of 10 mM. The product is supplied in a 5 x 1.0 mL format. The nucleotides have greater than 99% purity and are free of nuclease activity and human and E. coli DNA. Combining all four dNTPs in one solution reduces the number of individual additions required during reaction setup. This can simplify preparation and reduce the risk of errors associated with multiple pipetting steps. The mix is designed for use across a range of molecular biology procedures that require balanced dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP concentrations. Its ready-mixed format provides a consistent 10 mM concentration of each nucleotide without the need to prepare a four-component mixture from separate stock solutions. The five-vial format provides a total of five separate 1.0 mL portions of the same balanced 10 mM nucleotide mixture.
