Thermo Fisher's dGTP 100 mM Solution - 0.25 mL is a highly stable preparation of 2'-deoxyguanosine 5'-triphosphate supplied as a 100 mM aqueous solution. The solution is titrated with NaOH to pH 7.3–7.5 and is provided in a 0.25 mL volume. The nucleotide has greater than 99% purity, confirmed by HPLC. It is free of nuclease activity and free of detectable human and E. coli DNA. These quality characteristics make the solution suitable for molecular biology procedures that require a defined, purified nucleotide source. Supported applications include long-range pcr up to 40 kb, cdna synthesis, rt-pcr, pcr, qpcr, standard pcr, high-fidelity pcr, dna labelling and sequencing. The 100 mM concentration and 0.25 mL pack provide a defined dGTP stock for the listed procedures. The product is supplied as an aqueous single-nucleotide solution rather than a premixed dNTP formulation. The supplied volume is 0.25 mL.
