Cell Line Optimization 384-well-Nucleofector Kit is used for high-throughput optimization of transfection conditions with the 384-well HT Nucleofector System. Different conditions can be tested within one experiment using a 384-well Nucleocuvette Plate and pmaxGFP Vector as a positive control. The kit uses the three Cell Line Nucleofector Solutions SE, SF and SG in combination with a pre-selected set of programs and controls. This setup supports comparison of multiple Nucleofection conditions during optimization. subsequent optional fine tuning of Nucleofection conditions can be performed with the help of the scientific support team. The kit is intended for cases where a ready-to-use Optimized Protocol is not available for the cell type of interest.
