The AccuGENE® Buffers have no detectable levels of DNasa, RNase, or protease unless otherwise indicated. The ready-to-use buffer eliminates preparation time and will always offer lot-to-lot consistency.

When it involves DNA, cDNA, or RNA, typically Tris EDTA (TE) buffer is used. It solubilizes DNA or RNA and protects it from degradation.

The 1X TE buffer consists of 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (disodium salt), and a pH of 7.4.
