AccuGENE® 50X TAE Buffer delivers dependable performance for nucleic acid electrophoresis with the convenience of a ready-made, concentrated solution. Formulated from Tris, acetic acid, and EDTA, TAE is widely used for routine DNA workflows, particularly when faster migration of linear, double-stranded DNA is desired versus TBE. While TAE has a lower buffering capacity than TBE and can become exhausted more quickly, it remains a go-to choice for many standard electrophoresis procedures.
Built for consistency and compatibility, AccuGENE® Electrophoresis Buffers are formulated to match Lonza’s Reliant®, Latitude®, and PAGEr® precast gels, as well as Long Ranger® Gel Solution sequencing products and the MDE™ Gel Solution product line. Each batch is manufactured to strict quality-control standards to ensure reproducible results from lot to lot.
AccuGENE® buffers are prepared using high-quality reagents and 18 megOhm water, then filtered through a 0.45-micron filter for added assurance. With no detectable DNase, RNase, or protease activities unless otherwise noted, AccuGENE® 50X TAE Buffer helps protect sample integrity while reducing prep time in the lab. Customized formulations are also available to meet specific workflow needs.
