AccuGENE 10X MOPS Buffer 1L is a specially formulated MOPS buffer for use with Latitude and Reliant Precast Gels in RNA electrophoresis. The buffer is supplied as a 10X concentrate in a 1 L format.
The formulation contains 0.2 M MOPS free acid, 0.05 M sodium acetate, 0.01 M EDTA disodium salt, and 0.01 M EGTA free acid, with a pH of 7.0. It is manufactured with the same reagents used in the corresponding precast gels for RNA electrophoresis.
The buffer is prepared with high-quality reagents and 18 megOhm water. It is filtered using a 0.2 micron filter and is DNase/RNase-free.
